Refund
To request a refund, simply contact us with your order details, including the reason for your request. We take customer feedback seriously and use it to constantly improve our service quality. If the stock has been dispatched, the refund policy will not be affected until the product is re-examined. We will only accept the product if it is delivered with all seals and bar codes intact.

It is your responsibility to inspect all Products immediately upon receipt for carrier damage and to file direct claims with the carrier for such damage.
Refund Policy for Health and Sleep
As previously stated, medicines that have left our storage facility cannot be returned. However, while HealthSleep respects consumer rights, we are unable to restock medications that you have already used unless you are seeking a refund because they were damaged or faulty, or because you did not find them to be of adequate quality. If your request for a goods return and refund is accepted, HealthSmart reserves the right to reduce the amount you are entitled to receive. Please keep in mind that your personal information will be used to process your return or refund request in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our Privacy Policy.
