Following your registration, you can place your orders on the website by following the ordering process. If a product or medication requires a prescription, you must provide your prescription in order to complete your order.
Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on your country of residence and the value of your online order. If a package is subject to customs duties or tariffs, the customer is responsible for paying the fees.
If our pharmacists have any questions or concerns about the prescription(s), you authorise them to consult with an outside network of doctors about the prescription's validity.
All of our product prices include all statutory taxes. These can be changed at any time by the authorities in accordance with the law, which will be communicated to the customer.
Medicines delivered to you will be your property as soon as you receive them, provided that health sleep has received full payment for the order. The customer is responsible for any subsequent damage or loss of the product as soon as Health Sleep delivers it to the customer.
